	Oct. 18th , 2015, Jinxiuhuafu large-scale real estate project of Hixih Real Estate Co., Ltd start working.
	Oct. 11th, 2015, Jinxiubeili large-scale real estate project of Hixih Real Estate Co., Ltd start working.
	March 31th，2015, Bekaert (Jining) Steel Cord Co., Ltd, the joint venture of Hixih &Bekaert.
	3rd February, 2015,Strategic cooperation between Hixih Group and Continental to create high-end engineering rubber joint venture.
	18th May, 2014, Celebration ceremony for strategic cooperation among Jining Medical University, Yanzhou government and Hixih Group and inauguration for Yanzhou campus of Jining Medical University Affiliated Hospital was grandly held.
	11th March, 2014, truck tire program of Tongli Tire Co., Ltd started working.
	15th February, 2014, new campus of Yanzhou People’s Hospital officially launched.
	30th, September, 2013, Jinxiu city real estate program of Hixih Real Estate Co., Ltd started working.

	On December 3rd, 2011, Liquefied Natural Gas of Shandong Huasheng Energy Co., Ltd which joint ventured by Hixih group, Shandong Shengli Co., Ltd. and Shandong Jingshan Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd signed contract.
	Jining municipal Party Committee and Jining municipal government held Hixih group grand celebration of turnover exceeding 20 billion On October 19th, 2011.
	On June 9th, 2011, Hixih Group Yanzhou 91 Hospital opening ceremony was held, which marks Hixih Group entered the health care industry formally.

	January 13th, 2009 — Yinhe Rubber & Plastic Group officially changed its name to Hixih Rubber Industry Group, Hixih Group for short.
	November, 2007 – Shandong Aneng Conveyor Belt & Rubber Co., Ltd. was founded, being a joint venture by Yinhe Depreux Co., Ltd. and American Veyance Technologies,Inc.
	August, 2007 – Jining Shizhong District Jiayi Trading Co., Ltd. was founded.
	March, 2006 – Shandong Yinhe Rubber & Plastic Group was founded.
	August, 2005 – Pirelli Tire Co,. Ltd. was founded, being a joint venture by Roadone Tire Co., Ltd. and Italy Pirelli Company.
	July, 2004 — 1.2 million capacity of annual production sets of heavy-duty all-steel meridian tire production projects, Roadone Tire Co., Ltd. was founded.
	April, 2004 – Shandong Novartis Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. was founded.
	June, 2003 — 30,000 kilowatts cogeneration project was under construction, and Yanzhou Yinhe Power Co., Ltd. was founded.
1989-1998
	June, 1998 – Joint venture with French Depreux Company, Yinhe Depreux Co., Ltd. was founded. Since then the development of the company opened a new chapter.
	October, 1997 — Company bought out one time all assets of the enterprise, turned the collective enterprises into private enterprises.
	May, 1995 – Company was moved from Yanzhou Xiaomaqing village to No.327 National Road, and scale of the company expanded rapidly.
	July 18th, 1989 – Yanzhou Huaxi Conveyor Belt Plant is set up.
