WEIFANG SHUNFUCHANG RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCTS CO.,LTD. (originally known as Shouguang City Peixi Rubber Co., Ltd.), established in 1994, has grown into a medium-sized enterprise with an area of 140,000 square meters and a building area of 80,000 square meters, more than 1800 employees and fixed assets of more than RMB 80 million over years of development.

The company primarily manufactures various models of tires, automobile sealing strips, automobile carpets, shock absorption cushions, hoses, automobile splashers and rubber belt tracks etc, which are sold to Foton Motor Group, Huayuan KAMA Co., Ltd., China Qingqi Group Co.,Ltd., Shifeng Group, Shandong Wuzheng (Group) Co. Ltd., Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shunyi Automobile Factory, etc. With annual sales of RMB 300 million, its leading products include tire and automobile sealing strip.

In 2001, the company co-established “Weifang Shunfuchang Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. with Hong Kong Yidadong Industrial Co., Ltd. In 2003, Hong Kong Yidadong Industrial Co., Ltd made a further investment of USD 2 million in building new production lines of ethylene propylene terpolymer rubber sealing strip and automotive hose, which make the company’s annual supply capacity of automobile sealing strip reach 300,000 sets, and increase the tire’s annual output from 300,000 sets to 1,200,000 sets. Next year, its sale income is to reach RMB 500 million, which will make it a large scale enterprise.

The company develops its business in line with the market demands, improves quality management of quality, technician and service. It has passed the certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System in 2001 and China Compulsory Certification in 2003. The company conducts all production process in accordance with quality system standard, therefore ensures the product quality. As far as technician management was concerned, the company hired two senior engineers and six intermediate engineers since its establishment, educated thirty technicians, and established special department to develop various kinds of products. Since 1998, the company has undertaken all the tasks of automobile models development and transformation of Foton Motor Group, Huayuan KAMA Co., Ltd, Shifeng Group, Shandong Wuzheng (Group) Co. Ltd. etc. and is unanimously approved by the aforesaid companies. In terms of service management, the company delivers the products on schedule, appoints special personnel to follow up the delivered products, and solves the problems promptly.
